We have available for immediate sale Ultra-thin Monatomic Copper Powder Isotope with an average size of particles 3.5 - 7 micrometers at 99.998% chemical purity, in glass ampoules, stabilized in the medium of inert gas.

PPROCEDURES:

We are prepared to sell copper powder isotope under the following procedures:

99.998% or better purity; non LME registered

Up to 6,400 kg (6,400,000 grams) available immediately at $3,500 PER GRAM

1.  Seller will provide Soft Offer to Buyer.

2.  Buyer would issue LOI or ICPO with Soft Probe Authorization.

3.  Seller would issue Draft Sales Purchase Agreement.  Both parties review, make respective changes that must be highlighted, then agreed upon by both parties and logged into their respective banks.

4.  Once contract is signed seller would issue a satisfactory POP to buyer.

5.  Irrevocable letter of credit from an AA or better rated European bank acceptable to Seller. Letter of credit must be divisible, Transferable and renewable with rollovers and extensions.  Letter of credit must be reconfirmed before the transaction occurs.

6.  Delivery will be at closing.  SKRs and depotscheins will be transferred upon conditional SWIFT transfer of funds or TT transfer of funds to Sellers Bank.

7.  Closing will take place in Frankfurt, Germany.
